Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At PureShine Detailing, we value your time and appreciate your business. We understand that life happens and plans can change — all we ask is for clear communication.
1. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel by phone, text, email, or social media.

We do not charge cancellation fees, but early notice helps us keep our schedule running smoothly and offer the spot to another customer.
2. Rescheduling
Need to move your appointment to a different time or day? No problem — just contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to reschedule you at a convenient time.
3. No-Show Policy
A "no-show" is when we arrive at your location and:
- No one is present to release the vehicle
- The vehicle is locked or inaccessible
- The workspace is unsafe or blocked
- You do not respond to contact attempts
We do not charge a fee, but repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service.
4. Bad Weather Exception
If your appointment is canceled due to weather, our Weather Policy will apply. We’ll reach out to reschedule your service at no cost.
