1. When Weather Affects Service
We may reschedule or delay your appointment due to the following conditions:
- Rain or thunderstorms
- Snow or ice
- Extreme temperatures (hot or cold)
- High winds
- Unsafe or muddy working conditions
These conditions can affect both service quality and technician safety.
2. How We Handle Rescheduling
If weather conditions prevent us from servicing your vehicle:
- We will contact you as early as possible on the day of your appointment
- We will offer the soonest available alternative date
- There is no fee for rescheduling due to weather
3. Customer Options
If poor weather is forecasted:
- You may contact us to reschedule in advance
- If you have a covered or garage space where we can safely work, let us know — we may still be able to perform the service
4. No-Show Policy Still Applies
If weather is safe and clear, and we arrive but are unable to access your vehicle (e.g., no one is home, vehicle is locked, or workspace is blocked), the appointment may be considered a no-show.
