1. Let Us Know Within 24 Hours

If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

2. Touch-Up Promise

In most cases, we’ll offer a free touch-up within a reasonable time frame to address any areas of concern, as long as:

  • The issue relates to work we performed
  • The vehicle’s condition has not changed (e.g., new dirt, weather, or use since the detail)


3. Limitations

Please note:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are offered only at our discretion
  • We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, deep scratches, or pre-existing damage
  • This policy does not apply if the vehicle was used or exposed to elements after the detail (rain, dirt, spills, etc.)


4. Photos & Proof

To help us better understand the issue, you may be asked to provide photos. This helps us verify and resolve problems quickly and fairly.
