PureShine Detailing – Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with PureShine Detailing ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("customer," "client," or "you") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services we provide, whether mobile or on-location.
1. Service Scope
Our detailing services are clearly listed on our website and may vary depending on the package selected. While we strive to deliver excellent results, outcomes depend on the vehicle’s condition. PureShine Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or stains that cannot be removed.
2. Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or social media. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and location information. We may reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do not charge cancellation fees, but timely communication helps us serve all customers better.
4. Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. A receipt can be provided upon request.
5. Weather Policy
If weather conditions (such as rain, snow, or extreme temperatures) prevent us from safely performing the service, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest convenience.
6. Liability
We take great care in handling your vehicle. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to paint, trim, upholstery, or electronics
- Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing
- Items left in the vehicle (please remove valuables in advance)
We may document your vehicle with before-and-after photos for quality assurance.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best service, we kindly ask that you:
- Remove all personal belongings and valuables before your appointment
- Provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time
- Let us know in advance if your vehicle has any special requirements or issues
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to resolve the issue or offer a touch-up if appropriate. Refunds are not guaranteed.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at any time due to:
- Unsafe or unsanitary working conditions
- Aggressive or inappropriate behavior
- Vehicle conditions that are beyond our safe operating limits
